Stamped on bell: HENRI / SELMER / PARIS (HENRI, SELMER, and PARIS within a wreath) / SOLE AGENTS / U.S. & CAN. / SELMER (in a banner) / ELKHART [standing woman holding a lyre within a triangle] INDIANA (along two sides of the triangle) / REG. U.S. PAT. OFF / MADE IN FRANCE. Serial Number L1109. Selmer model 9. Grenadilla body; German-silver keys, rings, ferrules. Albert system. 15 keys including patent c-sharp, 4 rings (2 brille), rollers, rods/pillars. Key modifications: e/b1 key for left-hand little finger connects to pad cup located on right side of clarinet (this is opposite from standard clarinet set-up).
