Engraved vertically along right side of bell: (script) No 23049 / Saxophone ténor en Si b breveté / Adolphe Sax ŕ Paris / Fteur de la Mson Milre de l’Empereur / [AS monogram]; engraved on left side of bell: 1861/2/45 and H. S. Brass. Fingered range: low B-natural to high F. Dual octave keys. No touchpieces or rollers on E-flat, low C, G-sharp, low C-sharp, or low B keys. Length: 810 mm. Bell diamter 150 mm. Arne B. and Jeanne F. Larson Endowment Fund, 1986.
